• An alternative email account
• A valid phone number

In order to keep your AUIS email account secure and away from unauthorised access, IT Department lists the following recommendations for you to use to keep your account secure:

• Always choose a strong password (Always include symbols, letters & numbers).
• Never disclose your password with anyone.
• Don't write your password down on a piece of paper unatended.
• Always sign out of your email account if you are using a web browser after use.
• Change your password regularly.
