As well as providing a user account to its employees, AUIS also offers a personal network drive which can be used to save employee works safely & securly. Perosnal network drives are linked with your computer user account, therefore it is available wherever and whenever you login with your Systems account credentials.

IT Department recommends that you use this space to save all your important work data , to protect yourself from any unexppected loss of important data.

Your personal network drive is the most secure place to back up your important files because it is backed up securely on our servers on regular basis. This way you can restore any lost files to the most recent version if it gets deleted or lost due to any unexpected incidents.

Google Drive option

You can also take advantage of the Google Drive storage space provided to you as part of  your AUIS email account service. You can store up to 15GB worth of data on there as well. To access this feature, please login to your AUIS email accounts and go to the Google Drive section.
