When an employee's comtract finishes with AUIS, he or she must return all the IT assets listed on the yellow copy of the assets sheet back to the IT Help Desk. The yellow copy of the assets sheet is given to the employee upon receiving his/her IT orientation at the start of employment lists all the items giving to the employee.

Items returned will be checked thoroughly by a member of the IT Help Desk team against any damages or missing pieces. If there are any damaged or missing pieces, the employee will then be charged accordingly and the charges will be clearly stated during the check out process.
Please note that you will not be charged for faulty assets, only physical damages caused by mishandling the asset are chargable.
