Students who wish to reset their email account passwords or have forgotten their passwords can contact IT via the following:

In Person: by visiting us at either help desks on campus and providing us with their student details including their student ID as proof of identity.

Via Email: by emailing us via ([email protected]). Please note that in order for your password to be reset via email you are required to attached a scanned copy of your student ID as proof of identity, otherwise your request will be denied.

(Please note that in order to be able to reset a forgotten password, you must fill out the recovery options through the security settings of your account. Recovery options can be either personal mobile phone or personal email address.
