Your Account Password - Students

Except for your email password, every other service including (Computer login, Learning Management System, Wi-Fi Access, Printing, Library System) uses the same password, therefore it is important to remember that when you change your systems account password, it will reflect on all the other mentioned services as well.

Changing your Password

To change your password you will need to log into a PC on campus with your existing password and follow the instructions below.

Press “Ctrl Alt and Del” on your keyboard

Select the “Change a Password” option

Enter your new password

Click OK

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password contact the Help Desk team to ask them to reset it for you. You must show your University ID in order to verify the ownership of the account.

Tips for a secure and strong password: always choose a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

Note: It is your responsibility to keep your password private. If anyone else uses your password in your name you are still responsible for any actions they take.
