IT Department provides a Personal network drive (Z Drive) to store work files and documents. The Z drive is secure, backed up and can be accessed on any lab computer on campus.

IT Department recommends saving documents on your personal network (Z:) Drive when using computers on campus. That way you can access them later from any lab on campus.

Please do not save documents on your computer's Local (C:) Drive (Including Desktop, Documents, Pictures, Music, etc..). If you do this your files will be permanently deleted when you log off from the machine or restart the system.

Google Drive option

You can also take advantage of the Google Drive storage space provided to you as part of  your AUIS email account service. You can store Unlimited amount of data on AUIS cloud storage (Google Drive). To access this feature, please login to your AUIS email accounts and go to the Google Drive section. Unlike the Z drive, this service can be accessed outside of the campus providing you can an active internet connection and it's something that the IT Department recommends.
